Celastine started with a single question: what does jewelry look like mid-change caught between one shape and the next?

Molten metal doesn't hold still. It pools, ripples, and settles into forms no mold could fully plan for. That's the shape language behind everything we make: pieces that look poured rather than cut, irregular rather than symmetrical, no two quite the same.

The idea

Most jewelry is built around precision, a perfect circle, an exact facet, a pattern you could repeat a thousand times. We work from the opposite instinct. Every piece starts from the same question: what does this metal look like a moment before it sets?

The result is a small, deliberately narrow collection. No stones, no filigree, no engraving. Just shape, asymmetric, sculptural, closer to a small object than jewelry in the traditional sense.

What it's made of

Each piece is finished in 18k gold plating or a polished silver tone, over a stainless steel or zinc alloy base, chosen for weight, shine, and how well it holds up to daily wear rather than sitting in a drawer. None of it is delicate. All of it is meant to be worn.

Why one shape family

We'd rather do one idea well than run a dozen collections at once. Everything under the Celastine name comes from the same starting point, fluid, irregular, unfinished-looking forms, worked out across cuffs, bangles, and whatever comes next.
